Product Training

We provide a range of Product Training reflecting the tools we sell and support. Our Training can be delivered virtually, either as closed company courses or scheduled open courses, or in the classroom, including networked training laptops, step-by-step course manuals and supporting student exercises, a qualified and experienced Senior Instructor together with follow on telephone support.

As well as training, support and mentoring on tools we resell, we offer training on applications for which we have developed learning content.  We support most main-stream applications from content design to delivery including Oracle, SAP, Workday, Agresso and Service Now.  Provided we have developed your learning content, we also offer training and support on bespoke applications.

Course outlines detail the objectives, structure and content of all our courses.  Delegates are sent post-course evaluation forms for completion and this feedback is shared with you, together with feedback from the Course Instructor. The course relating to our various tools are linked below.

Virtual Training Courses

Many organisations with dispersed workforces are looking for ways to make their training budgets go further by reducing travel and accommodation overheads. By using our Virtual Training solution, travel and accommodation costs are eliminated.

Training Workshops

Our Training Workshops offer you a tangible solution to limited time or budget. Workshops concentrate on your chosen features and functions and are scheduled to meet your specific requirements, including duration, location and delegate pre-requisites. To ensure that the Workshop is fit for purpose, the Content is verified by a Senior Instructor to check sequence and timings. We will review the background of each  of your delegates as well as the overall objectives of the Workshop to ensure they can be met.

Open (Public) Courses

In addition to our closed company courses we also offer an open schedule of virtual, instructor-led training workshops with a selection of our product training courses.
