Course Catalog Creator

With LMS365 courses are compiled within the platform using content from any source, utilising the full power of the Microsoft 365 suite and SharePoint.

When your content is ready, you can manage it in the Course Catalog where learners can:

  • Browse, filter and search through the courses
  • Enrol or unenroll from a course (or join the waiting list if a course is full)
  • Identify required courses and due dates, as well as see which courses they’re already taking
  • All courses can be displayed, or you can allow learners to search by category

Learning Module Builder

Courses are made up of learning modules which are created using the Learning Module Builder. You can add almost any content to your courses, including quizzes, SCORM / xAPI training, videos and any SharePoint or web content.

Themes can be utilised to maintain brand consistency across your learning management platform, as well as ensure your authors use up-to-date content. You can also update the appearance of multiple courses in one simple step.

Quiz Builder

The LMS365 Quiz Builder allows you to create attractive, easy-to-use quizzes that enable learners to test and demonstrate their knowledge. Include quizzes in any LMS365 Course within the course catalog. Different question types are available.

Learners can view their assigned courses, training plans and personal progress from their Training Dashboard. Rewards and leader boards provide further motivation to learn and gain the recognition your learners deserve.
