Larmer Brown Platform - Technical Services
If you wish to install the Larmer Brown Platform on-premise, the platform is available via a Perpetual Licence. Our Technical Team can provide installation, configuration and testing services to ensure the platform has been installed and tested for full functionality and access across your infrastructure. We also offer ongoing Support services via either an Annual Agreement or purchased hours.
Our comprehensive Technical Workshop is designed to encompass all elements of an installation, configuration and testing service to ensure that the Larmer Brown Platform has been installed and tested for full functionality and access across your infrastructure.
Prior to commencement of the Workshop a pre-installation call is arranged between one of our Certified Technical Specialists and your technical representative. During this call a high-level audit is undertaken and documented via a questionnaire. The procedure for the technical assignment is discussed and agreed, including specific roles and responsibilities.
Depending on your security policy, this assignment can be performed remotely. If preferred your own Technical Specialist can perform the installation under the guidance of one of our Technical Specialists. The assignment includes the installation of the Developer Tools on your system. If this is not possible, the procedure is discussed and a Reference Guide detailing the process is provided.
A detailed Installation Report is provided at the end of the assignment and we also provide three month’s post installation support on any aspect of the assignment.
