Process Workshops and Modelling
The Modeler provides process teams with a workshop, exploration and design environment, adding tangible value to business process methodology by allowing your process teams to interactively map and evaluate processes at a granular level, collaborating on improvements in the live meeting or workshop.
Using the Modeler within workshops enables your teams to quickly capture and display entire scenarios graphically, including responsibility by job role with estimated timings. The unique single screen interface allows your teams to work on the process model in real-time, without the need to move through frames, pages or post-it notes.
Process Handbooks and Instructions
The Viewer enables you to create a complete process handbook and provides anyone in your organisation immediate access to the recorded processes, either via browser or in the Viewer App.
The Publisher enables you to export your processes into a Digital Handbook that is fully customisable, a key requirement for ISO certification.
Process Improvement and Teamwork
With a Feedback function built into the Viewer and linked to the Modeler to support continuous improvement, as well as a Brainstorm digital post-it notes feature, your process teams have all the tools necessary to facilitate ongoing collaboration and teamwork.
Teamboard offers project management support from within the Modeler, combining timelines, milestones, actions and supporting documentation. A virtual shared workspace for your team to minimise admin with an overview of tasks, actions, activities and deadlines.
Data Management and Reporting
Extended Reporting functionality within the Modeler and Viewer enables you to easily create reports for risk management, process audits, compliance and improvement, with links to entities as well as processes and process steps.
The Dashboard provides an overview of how Engage Process is being utilised, including number of processes and Teamboards created, and most viewed processes and activities, per user and module. Entities such as roles, locations, regulations and documents can be centrally defined using the Tables module.
