What UPK Microsoft Library Content is available?
We have developed a comprehensive library of Content for Office 2010, Office 2007, Office 2003, Windows 7 and Vista. Titles within Microsoft Office include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access.
Additional titles are planned for release in 2014 including Microsoft Office 2013, Sharepoint and CRM Dynamics.
What are the deployment options?
There are a number of ways to deploy the UPK Microsoft Library Content, depending upon your business requirements. For instance, deployment may be via intranet or portal, or using UPK Professional or another AICC or SCORM compliant Learning Management System.
In what format is the Library Content shipped?
This UPK Microsoft Library Content is usually shipped as source files, on CD, which can be imported directly into UPK's Developer Client.
Can the Content be edited?
Yes, the Content is fully editable in UPK. Users require a UPK License to access this Content. Content requires UPK version 3.1 or above.
Can we get reports on the progress of users?
Yes, you can use the Usage Tracking functionality within UPK or the Knowledge Center (version 11 and above) to track the progress of Users. With the additional functionality of UPK Professional (previously known as Knowledge Pathways) you can also track and assess competency of users via pre- and post- assessments.
How much hard drive space is required?
Between 500MB and 4GB of physical storage is adequate for most implementations.
What are the Purchasing and Pricing Options?
The Library Content is available for outright purchase via Perpetual License.
Is there a maximum number of users that can access the Library Content?
There is not a maximum number of users that can use this Content, as long as they are all covered by a license. Technically, the total number of users will depend on your infrastructure.
Does the pricing package include Support?
As purchase is via a one-off Perpetual License, there is no Support offered as standard but Larmer Brown does provide telephone assistance for installation queries. We can also provide additional Support Services tailored around your specific organisational requirements and this should be discussed with a member of our Content Sales Team.
Is the Library Content Microsoft Approved?
The materials are not Microsoft approved. However as a Microsoft Gold Partner we have ensured that the Content covers all of the Microsoft Office Specialist Curriculum.
Is the Content available in other languages?
The Content is provided in English but can be translated into up to 14 other languages. There would be an additional charge for this service. Please speak with a member of our Content Sales Team.
