Tangible proof of success is more than the completion of Course Evaluation or Happy Sheet! Larmer Brown offers several options from on-line questionnaires scheduled at regular intervals post training to Learning Content Systems with customisable hierarchal Management Reports.

Training Co-Ordination

Our experienced Training Administrators take responsibility for the scheduling, administration and logistics, which are all crucial to a professional training delivery program. We have developed an automated Training Administration System which manages delegate profiles including tasks such as the provision and tracking of joining instructions as well as delegate attendance levels. Our web-based post course surveys ensure that accurate Management Reports reflect user achievement.

In addition to delegate management, our Administrators manage the logistics of Trainer and Room scheduling, publishing rosters and distributing training materials.

Classroom Facilities and Equipment

Larmer Brown can provide supported, networked classroom facilities at any location. This service removes the responsibility of providing additional resources and investment when the pressure of Go-Live is greatest. Our classroom facilities will create the most positive learning environment for delegates – within budget.

Content Hosting

At a time when the IT Implementation Team is often fully engaged in the roll-out of the live system finding resources to build and manage the application training environment is a challenge. Larmer Brown´s Hosting Service meets this need, whether the requirement is for a Training Sandpit or a fully tracked learning environment. Combined with Classroom Facilities and Equipment, Hosting provides a supported solution without creating additional pressure on project resources.
