The CustomDOC program itself needs about 15 megabytes. The courseware content is what can take up a significant amount of space, depending on the type of graphics you install.

What is the process to purchase CustomDOC?

You may lease or purchase CustomDOC.  With the Lease, you are entitled to upgrades and free technical support.  With the purchase, technical support is limited and no upgrades are provided.

Do you offer bundled pricing?

Yes.  You can purchase an entire MS Office suite or individual titles.

Can I purchase CustomDOC by application levels?

CustomDOC is not available by the application levels.  Each title comes complete; from Introduction to Advanced levels.

How do I add additional titles after purchase?

Am I able to download CustomDOC from your website?

CustomDOC is generally delivered on CD, however a downloadable version of CustomDOC may be available upon request.
