STT InfoShare integrates with any AICC / SCORM content to provide learners with training content according to their role in your organisation. Managers are provided with detailed web-based reports on training effectiveness and progress. With STT InfoShare, you can effortlessly link content to learners through existing content role assignments. For added convenience, STT InfoShare also allows you to deploy third party SCORM learning content.

Learners can access AICC / SCORM compliant content from one learning portal. The portal’s features are intuitive to navigate for anyone with basic Internet experience. Learners can register themselves, choosing their own user name and password. Learners can access in-application support directly from STT InfoShare.

Learners can view both the content catalogue and their own learning plan. Learners can self-assign content and structure their learning module to meet individual learning needs. Learners can access reports to track their own progress and performance.

Manage Learners and Content with Precision
STT InfoShare automatically links learners to content by using roles assigned both to the content and to learner profiles. This makes content roll-out simple and fast.
Managers can approve training content and receive e-mail alerts about content requests and approvals.
Stay informed about performance and progress. Training managers can review progress statistics by viewing learner reports in a web browser. Depending on need, managers can filter reports by learners or by content. Filtering options allow training managers to view reports based on learner demographics such as cost centres, departments, location and other custom options. Reports can be exported to MS Excel for advanced analysis.
Integrate Third Party Content
AICC / SCORM compliant functionality allows Training Managers to upload SCORM packages from third party vendors. This can be structured in modules and courses and can then be assigned to keyword searches. An identical reporting capability can be used to track progress on all learning content.

Authenticate and Manage Learners from External Sources
Automated authentication support allows for single sign-on, i.e. Active Directory authentication.
Learners can be uploaded from HR databases or other sources to be seamlessly managed in STT InfoShare.
Technical Requirements for Web/Database Server
Training Managers log onto STT InfoShare over the internet to upload and deploy content and to manage training progress. Learners access content over the company intranet or the internet simply using Internet Explorer 6 or above.
